Having recently used Flannels for an order the speed of delivery and quality of presentation was vastly improved from the last time I ordered over 18 months ago. It was as good as it could get. Very impressive. However the current offer of clothes overall is poor on line with the choice aimed at a very young market and brands such as Isabel Marant, Claire Campbell etc no longer offered. The display of clothes on the models is limited and this is mirrored by the in store stock as I was in Birmingham yesterday and stayed minutes only. I used to shop regularly in store going back to when it first opened and when Prada was stocked and now it is somewhere I would not go back to. The star reflects the ease of order and presentation as overall for the store or on line offer this season it would be very poor ie one star.
