Love the website although i believe it has one massive flaw, i have received this week a faulty pair of trainers, when i filed the complaint online you had my size in stock to replace them, byt the time i received a reply my size has now sold out. I am sooo frustrated, this is all because i could not pick up the phone and call there and then and had to send an email which has taken days and wasted time so i am now a disappointed cutomer.
