My review relates to the postage service provided by Flannels. I am dissapointed to find find ouT that the delivery did not include a HOME delivery for £6.99 this is not acceptable. and this was not transparent during the completion of the purchase. Once I have paid then I have found out it will be delivered to Matalan!. On top of that I had to pay for a return which costed an additional £10.84!! Why the company do not offer a collection from the store these days?? They are stuck in last century of deliveries where it was a rare service, I guess. Its time to move on!! and start saving the environment. The delivery to Matalan is not thought through either, I have had to que with the general Matalan shoppers, plase read this correctly! there should have been a separate desk for collections, right?!?! I am currently out of pocket and I am NOT HAPPY. Now if my exchange item will require a return this will oast me another £10.84??? Appauling!
