I love Flannels and I absolutely love the fact there are regular sales to catch some of the last seasons designs. I’ve always had a really good experience buying in the shop and online. The quality is great, the reason I’ve knocked iff a star is this time on online sale I bought a Gucci handbag which looked great on the advert, it arrived in bubble wrap with no tags and no identification codes. It may be very old stock but I was very dubious about the authenticity of this one item. The inner was material not leather and not like any other Gucci product I’ve bout before. It also did not come in any Gucci packaging or box just wrapped in bubble wrap, it may be an old cheaper style but it was a disappointment and I think not value for money even at the same price, in comparison my sister received a sale Gucci bag with all tags, boxed and clearly the quality you’d expect from the designer brand. I also bought two other Gucci clothing items which were great quality and very nicely packaged. It has made me a little wary of shopping online given that return are paid by the customer meaning not only have you paid for delivery but also for returns. I think its one of the only designer brand stores to do this. I’d rather the price of returns be included in the product than have to travel to the post office and pay to send an item back, I’d also say consider courier pickup Flannels! Every other store does it!
