After ordering I've read lots of negative reviews about flannels on other platforms and was seriously concerned, if I would get any items or money back at all. But in my case everything went really smooth: the shoes have been delivered quickly to Germany, the shoes itself have some minor flaws, as well as the box, which is absolutely acceptable at the paid price. So I will very likely order from flannels in the future.
