I purchased a Lacoste L12.12 polo. The price at £38 was outstanding. However the polo wasn't in stock at my local store. They said they couldn't order in even though it was in stock online. Postage was £6.99 which I think is excessive. Overall the shopping experience was positive. I would return. Preferably in store to avoid the excessive standard postage charges.
