The armani items I bought were of poor quality which isn’t your fault obviously however I travelled all the way to Birmingham town centre to return my items I had bought offline to be told you can’t return them in store I find this highly inconvenient as it then cost me a further £10 to send them back via post I feel you could help customers by accepting onlinline returns in store I mean it’s not like the shop is busy everytime I go in store it only has a few shoppers in so it wouldn’t take much to accept returns and for the store to send them where they need to go! Other than that I do really like your shop and buy things often and will continue to do so just please look into the issue above thankyou
