The item I ordered arrived as stated but there were some marks on it that required me to send it back. The lady in customer services was very helpful and emailed me a return label to attach to the item. I had also returned the item to a local shop where attempts were made to rectify the problem but unfortunately the item they intended to replace it with had similar marks. I must add it wasn't dirty marks or stains it appeared to have been caused by something pressing in to the material. Nobody's fault really and as I said the customer services and staff in my local flannels were ry helpful.
