Two criticisms:
1. The jacket advertised on your web page had a green lined hood. The one I received has a black lined hood. On inquiry, I was told that the former was out of stock and that the former could not be ordered individually. Although I was offered a refund, since I like the jacket itself, I have not pursued this. Nevertheless, it is a disappointment. I hope that you will replace the image on your web page.
2. There were two delays in the original delivery date provided.
