Bought a jacket for my grandson . Used the size chart flannels provided , it said for a 40” chest but medium , I did and it was too tight, returned the item cost me another £7.50 so £17.50 in total which is ridiculous. The post office said the parcel would reach flannels on Monday , it is now Tuesday and I haven’t even heard anything from them
