Should give an option of free postage if you spend over a certain amount
I paid £9.99 for next day delivery and received my order two days later! I tried to enquire about this several times to no success!
The only online shop that you have to take returns back to the post office and pay for. You need to keep up with the other online shopping outlets flannels. There’s zero loyalty to your customers. No free returns, expensive next day delivery and no loyalty points - disappointment!!!
