I have been shopping with Flannels for sometime now. The reason l prefer Flannels is their speedy delivery and the option to collect your parcel at your prefer collection point if your not in. The delivery is a heafty fee compare to other on-line. Shops. However 2 weeks ago l placed my order as usual, and l we expecting a txt message from theDPD with an attachment. The attachment is usually a barcode which needed to be scan before the parcel is handed to you at the collection points. In this occasion the DPD did not txt the bard code to me. So, l had no way of collecting my parcel. I contact Flannels by email twice and l explained the situation.. I have learnt that the customer services at Flannels are the most laziest and unhelpful. I was told to contact DPD myself. In business this doesn’t make sense at all. If Flannels who have the contract with DPD not me, l have paid a hefty fee so l can have my delivery, the fee includes the service when things goes wrong. If l spent my time chasing DPD what is the point for Flannels to employ customer service team? If l was given a choice to choose my courirer and then l would have taken the responsibility of my parcel, and chase up the courier. This was the worst example of company not wanting to take their responsibility.
