Orderd a pair of Boss jeans from the outlet online to replace an identical pair i,d bought from the Sunderland branch which i,d tried to take back as they were faulty and had split at the seam.I was told by the manager that this was not a manufacturing fault even though after many years of purchasing the same brand(knowing how good quality they are) and spending many hundreds of pounds in store since it opened!Disappointed with attitude.
