yes the product is brilliant however I placed an additional order in error, for which I rang you’re customer services team and they assured me that I would be refunded in 2-5 working days as well as an email confirming this. The amount has been taken from my account and still not returned, I made this phone call on Friday the 19th October and the email was received the same day, this has left me disappointed with the service I have received
