Return process is not a straightforward job , require to email CS first , then post it back within 14 days , based on online consumer regulation , normal return lead time shall be 28 days 4. Unlike other high end brand , refund will take up to 14 days , which is another big no no ! Hard to retain royal customer if I am honest . I dont see myself buying from Flannels in the near future .
