The store have not had stock of a product in a particular size for weeks. I asked the assistant if I could order them into store with him and he said you don't do that- I'd have to order them myself. Ordered them myself- delivery £6.99, click & collect £6.99! Click and Collect- £6.99 is absolutely ludicrous and I can see now why the staff will not order instore for you. If the product had been available anywhere else I would not have used this service and it is unlikely I'll use Flannels again unless I have to.
