I placed an order to collect at my local
Store it arrived late and by that time I’d had to go elsewhere to buy. I went to the shop when I’d received notification of the arrival to get a refund to be told I couldn’t be refunded there I would have to take my order home, ring customer services for them to send me a bag to return my order. Then I would receive my refund. I asked whether the store could sent it back I was told not but they took my number and said a manager would ring me the following morning. No phone call my lunch time so I had to call the shop, I didn’t speak to a manager I spoken to the same gentleman from the evening before who had advised his manager had said they could in fact send my order back but I would have to wait until it had arrived back at the warehouse for my refund and it would take a further 5 working days from there. I have shopped at flannels for years, and to be honest this is the first time I’ve received such bad customer service, it has actually put me off ordering from you online again
