Firstly delivery time and communication was very good,however ,The items ordered (Saint Laurent blazer and trousers )were not true to size as stated in description. I appreciate that different brands sizing can vary, but on this occasion it was at least three sizes out I ordered eu 48 it was more like eu44 will not order tailored items online again.by the time I returned item it cost me £30 just to try it on .not good,should be able to trust item description on your site. I am seriously considering not using flannels on line again.in summary not a good online shopping experience .
