Good service, quick delivery. Shop in Flannels a lot so know the customer experience is good.
Not given 5 because Alexander McQueen top is all screwed up and is not in the original wrapping which i am disappointed in. It was roughly put in a flannels bag and doesnt really warrant a gift presentation. The Kenzo hat had a thread pulled which i pulled back through. Not really what I am used to.
