I have to say for clothes and offers flannels is 2nd to none, I have been shopping with flannels for over 30 years.
The only thing that lets them down is the online returns policy which I believe like all retailers on the high street you should be able to return items or exchange in store rather than having to pay out again to send items back overall I am still shopping with flannels and will continue to do so but until they change the returns policy il have to stick to 4 stars.
