All my online shopping experiences with Flannels have been excellent!! The Mackage down Bomber jacket I bought is beyond warm! Also it arrived next day even with standard delivery. My only criticism with Flannels which I’ve seen many others comment on is that they charge for delivery no matter the amount spent and the customer is expected to cover the return postage amount as well. Most other reputable designer online retailers offer free postage above a minimum spend, or charge for delivery but cover return postage by including a pre-paid return address option. If Flannels were to change this then they really would be hard to rival, I’m sure their online sales would also see an increase!! I also must say the Black Friday voucher offe was a good idea and mine was greatfully received!
