Flannels needs to provide customers with a service where they can get in touch with a member of the team either through a phone number or a live chat. So if there is any future problems, it is easier to discuss and solve an issue there and then rather than having to send numerous emails to the customer service team and having to wait a few days for a response from the team. Otherwise , on the other hand great website, with good deals you can’t get in any other shops ! It would be nice sometimes to restock the popular items . Keep up the vouchers they are very handy !
