The products I got from flannels were great, it’s just a shame about the delivery, paying £6.99 which I feel is way over priced when as a customer spending over £140 already. Flannels need to rethink who they use as a service as dpd are awful and delivered my parcel to the wrong address after I waited in for the morning. After the delivery was unsuccessful they told me I was able to collect from the warehouse, when picking up the parcel the man refused to give me my parcel and was extremely rude, it is a shame as flannels themselves are great they are just let down by the delivery service which again is overpriced for such a poor service.
