Would have put a "Good" before my last purchase. Ordered a pair of trainers to wear in London the weekend, got delivered to the store so I collected and tried at home - one was a size 5 the other a 6 (no big deal mistakes happen) - Acting Manager not at all helpful upon returning to store - absolute rubbish customer service so a "poor" from me.
