I love the item I bought (Max et Moi gilet) BUT it wasn’t quality checked. One of the pockets is torn from the inside (happy to provide evidence) and because the returns process is cumbersome (no free returns), I can’t be bothered to return it. Not happy with the fact that I paid a lot for an item that wasn’t checked before sending to a customer. I’m not sure I’ll be buying from Flannels again.
