I first tried Flannels’ store in Newcastle upon tyne. They didn’t have what I was asked to buy and apparently I would have to be spending over £100 to have the item brought in from another store.
I made the purchase online and paid the extortionate p&p cost of £6.95. This was for a tee shirt which apparently needed its own zip-up bag, bubble wrap and bagging; more appropriate to a china figurine.
