Was disappointed with the quality I received and the customer service I received after raising my issue. The box was mouldy underneath, the the soles of the shoes looked worn including the insides. You wouldn't want to give these as a gift. Decided not to return them as I was told these were the last pair left in the size wanted and had been looking all over for these shoes for a long time.
Was offered £10 refund as a good will gesture but think that's utterly poor considering I've just spent £267.00
