Unbelievable that I bought £550 trainers & was charged £6.99 for collection in Store!
The website is designed so that it automatically inserts this fee. I spoke of my dismay to staff in the shop who were so kind and professional and equally shocked but aware of the fee and said there was nothing that could be done as it is company policy.
So collection of these shoes not only cost me £6.99 but £3.50 carparking too, as a family we buy so much on line but I would never use Flannels for on line shopping again - complete exploitation of the customer
