In store the customer service could of been better, I seemed to be an inconvience, I wanted a certain outfit and was told to late to order In store but to order online so I asked few questions about ordering online and I had no help there.
On collection to store which was £6.99 delivery TO STORE! When I have already spent £240+, customer service on collection could of been a lot better, shame all together really. Items are great and packaging great, just staff need to cheer up a little and be helpful!
