This was my first time ordering anything from Flannel.com. I ordered the Gucci Dionysus GG supreme medium shoulder bag for £1580 + £6.99 p&p and it arrived the next day even though I ordered on the weekend so I was very impressed with that. The bag came wrapped in plastic and was brand new with no signs of wear since it was securely covered in tissue paper. However, I was disappointed that the bag only came with the original Gucci dust bag and not a box. Also, the bag was only wrapped in plastic and was not delivered in any sort of protective packaging. Considering I paid a large amount of money for this bag I expected it to arrive with a box and be packaged with a lot more care to avoid damages. Luckily my handbag did not incur any damages when in transit on its way to me. I was skeptical to purchase from Flannels because of all the negative reviews they have received but I took to the plunge as this handbag size has been discontinued by Gucci and is sold out everywhere so I am happy I managed to get it from Flannels. I got into contact with customer service via email on a Sunday to see if they can send me out a box and I received a response the next day. The replied telling me they cannot send me out a box but can arrange for a return/refund instead if I was not happy. I guess I will have to ask for a box next time I'm near a Gucci store. Overall i am happy with my purchase.
