Firstly Flannels is a great shop I go there a lot but for a Christmas gift I shopped online instead of calling in store.
I paid the £9.99 for next day delivery however with my partner taking the day off work to wait in for the delivery as I couldn’t my item did not arrive the next day it came the day after and was left at a neighbors house. I expected better service from yourselves hence the 3*. The item I bought was fantastic really happy with it but paying extra for next day and not getting that service isn’t what I class as good service.
