I sent you an email regarding my order because I had and a second pair of shoes in my bag and for an hour it was out of stock, but after a while it was available again, but unfortunately, I had already placed it! And I was asking you if you could help me so I wouldn’t have to pay the shipping cost again, and what should I do in order to avoid paying two times the shipping cost, if I should cancel my order?! And your reply was “No sorry, I am unable to assist you.”!!
