The website is very efficient and my delivery turned up before the due date which was amazing, however on my first order I ordered two boxes of Alexander mcqueen trainers and one of the boxes was quite badly damaged. One of the edges on the bottom of the box was all squashed in and ripped, the lid to the box was also ripped one side, I was very unsure on whether someone had actually worn these before. Also a main factor I would like to review is the fact I was charged £6.99 delivery even after spening £720 on your website!! I was disgusted and appalled as i expected to receive free delivery after spending such a large sum of money as this is what happens on other websites!
