For such an expensive item as the Tom Ford shirt, which I ordered, I would have expected it to come in a box or at least for it to be wrapped even nicer than usual.
Overall, I love Flannels for the sales it has because your clearance is always running. Though, you are competing (for me) with other online retailers such as Matches Fashion and Mr Porter which give exceptional wrapping and customer service.
Nonetheless, I am happy with my item.
