Item sent was faulty and no other stock left. Tried all I could to get refund sorted before Christmas staff did all they could but won’t be with me till after Xmas period. Just their procedure so no fault of their own. Customer services could do with a better phone service and interact with local stores to make exchanges/refunds easier. For this reason I doubt I’ll shop online again I’m afraid.
