Communication is really bad -
Paid for next day delivery, did not arrive, had to call and chase.
Was told it would be dispatched that day. Did not advise 1 item was out of stock and the first I know is Xmas Eve when package delivered and then to late to locate elsewhere - thanks for spoiling the recipients Xmas ....
