Generally happy with the overall service from Flannels. They provide quick delivery & majority of items are in stock & good quality. Occasionally there may be an issue with items. On my most recent order, a Paul Smith waistcoat, the 'tamper-proof' tag (which goes through the button hole) had had the string thread cut & been reattached with a normal plastic tag fastening. I am always concerned that items with tags missing or cut & reattached have been returned for some reason (maybe someone discovered fault on the item & returned it?) are not actually new. I expect goods to arrive in top quality condition with ALL tags present on the items as I would expect when buying from a store. If there tags are missing or have been cut I feel this should be mentioned on the product's description so customers have a choice to purchase the item or not. Overall a pretty decent service & would use again!
