Moncler coat came without a belt, I made at least 5 telephone calls to flannels and each time I spent at least 50 mins on the phone before I was put in contact with persons who promised to update me regarding the missing belt but no one did, I did all the communication and incurred a cell phone bill in the process, I just wish whoever packaged the coat had paid attention to detail and not sent a part order, eventually the belt was sent
