Item was delivered quickly and on tine but got reduced as soon as it was delivered. I have sent 3 emails to customer service with a reply theres nothing they can do so now i have to send the item back to reorder exactly the same thing to get it at the reduced price so this is my first and last time ordering from you.
I work in retail myself and as a good will gesture if things go on sale we put the difference back on a gift card to still spend with us otherwise the customer has the right to refund the item anyway and re buy at the reduced price anyway
