I have made 5 purchases over the Christmas period from Flannels. For all transactions the dispatch and delivery were both excellent. My first two orders came well packaged however my 3rd had been crammed into the tiniest dust bag that caused the garments to be seriously creased. A little more care with the garments by certain packers needs to be addressed please. Apart from that 5 star
