Staff where helpful and friendly. However the store was not prepared for how busy it was on 27th December with only 2 tills in a large store this was not enough. They also needed someone on hand to collect the click and collect parcels as I was put to one side whilst I had to wait for it to be brought through. I was 30 minutes in store awaiting my parcel. The management need to look at this and install temporary tills around Christmas.
