Having already placed an online order, the following day I received an email offering free delivery.
I had also received notification from Flannels that my parcel was going to be delivered on a certain day but when I went to track my parcel through DPD, their website claimed that they had yet to receive the parcel.
When I submitted a complaint online through the Customer Services to ask about my parcel and wether I would still be entitled to fee delivery, I found the response very unhelpful. Especially as I had completed all the shopping I wished to do
