I usually have no complaints about the service I receive when shopping online with Flannels. I was disappointed in the Alexander McQueen item I have recently purchased as it looked like it had been thrown into the box and wasn't neatly folded or professionally presented as most of the items usually are. The item also had marks on both sleeves that were not able to be wiped off. I was very disappointed when I received the item because, as I have stated above, I usually find the service and products from Flannels to always be of a high quality and standard. Unfortunately I have sent this item back for an exchange
