Your site is great, products are lovely. But on this occasion I bought something for a Christmas Gift this year..simply as I am a planner, my other half really wanted the particular trainers and I didn't want to leave it and then they weren't available, and due to my job I do have to have Christmas gifts all done and dusted by the latest the end of Nov. I asked if there was anyway that if the trainers are a bad fit if they could be exchanged being over £100 and not wanting to spoil the surprise etc - the answer was an absolute no and there is a 14day return policy with no leeway. I find this frustrating as even if I did wait to purchase in November for Christmas assuming the item was still available stock then, I would still not be able to offer an exchange to whoever I am gifting if something doesn't fit. Its disappointing and I know not to order Gifts from Flannels due to this returns stance and not being understanding of honest situations where if something brand new doesn't fit and its a gift it is then a useless gift. However I understand its only February and Christmas is 11mths away, but if Go Outdoors (for example) can honour things like this for early shoppers then why can't Flannels when there is a valid reason?
