I've been buying designer name brands for over 15 years now. Especially shoes and what annoys me about Flannels is the way the shoes are just thrown in the box like I'm purchasing from Clarks or something. And they never include a spare set of heel tips. Especially if the heels are very slim, its very difficult to find a place that can reheel them. If you want them done properly you must go to a high-end shoe repairs. But other than that delivery was speedy but too expensive considering I live in Liverpool and the warehouse is in Wigan.
