I would give flannels a 5/5 but to charge for delivery on such expensive items is day light robbery in my opinion. There should be free delivery on your items purchased and certainly over a certain value. I probably won’t purchase from flannels again due to this reason. Other similar sites all offer free delivery and returns. I hope you change this. Thanks
