Ordered a YSL bag lately from Flannels. Received it before the expected date of arrival but I was very disappointed because the bag arrived without a box, without authentication papers or certificate. How could the bag be sent in just a plastic bag? It was a 1000 euro bag! This is not the first time it happened but I really hope it will be the last. I ended up returning the bag and I hope to get a refund soon. The bag wasnt the right size and as mentioned, no certification whatsoever.
