This was my first order and it has been in short a nightmare. I ordered a Fendi bag and selected delivery (paying £7) to store as I didn't know if I would be able to sign for it. I wasn't given a tracking number and told that I would receive an email when it arrived in store. It hasn't arrived/ no email has been recieved. The money was already taken out of my account. Since then your team has been liaising with DPD but it is after the 3-5days and I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for the bag. I'm a little disappointed as I was excited to make my first designer purchase with you and remain hopeful that the bag will return in perfect condition. However, the customer service and situation in itself has not been ideal. I am especially dissapointed as you have been a site promoted by youtubers and I believe associated with House of Fraser and Sports Direct but your service is not at all in line with luxury customer service or any customer service (I've worked for both Harrods and Liberty). Also, I am suspicious that I was given the option to send to a store that doesn't exist (Flannels Brixton) as I can't seem to find it on Google Maps. I'll continue to investigate this issue on my own, but I'm saddened by the whole experience.
