Goods delivered to the store very promptly although I found it disappointing that I had to pay £6.99 to call into store and collect the goods myself. This was the same as having it delivered but it appears a strange concept to charge a customer to collect goods that they sell, from a store they use thus avoiding third party delivery costs. Most other retailers offer a free 'click and collect' service so I was at a loss as to why a retailer with this status, would not follow suit.
