Delivery was quick which was great, but after purchasing a handbag worth over £600 i would of expected better presentation upon arrival. The bag was squashed in a plastic shipping bag and wrapped (used loosely, as it can hardly be called wrapping) in the worst quality tissue paper, I feel a 'high end' store such as Flannels needs to invest in a professional system so that items are presented correctly and represent the price the customer pays.
